- Project T.E.A.C.H. – “Teaching, Empowering, and Achieving Community Heights” provides workshops and mentorship for marginalized urban youth, integrating local artists and professionals to inspire academic and personal growth.

- Resume & Interview Workshops: Help New Americans navigate the job market and understand workplace culture.

No More Pain Initiative (NMPI) champions the empowerment of New Americans as they build new lives and vibrant futures in Central Ohio.
We-R-1 is a healing-centered movement created to support, uplift, and empower New Americans navigating the challenges of transition, identity, and belonging. We believe that every story especially those shaped by migration, resilience, and hope deserves to be heard, honored, and celebrated.
Whether you’ve just arrived or have been rebuilding your life for years, we’re here to walk beside you. Through storytelling, community care, and youth-led healing projects, we create safe spaces where New Americans can transform pain into purpose and isolation into connection.
